Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM in the Great Hall at Butler North. To preserve the intimacy of the moment, the doors will close at 3:25 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive and are seated by 3:15 PM. Please note that once the doors have closed, we will be unable to accommodate late entries. Parking & Arrival The Butler is located in the heart of the YSU campus. Guests are invited to park in the YSU Parking Garage. Please allow at least 10–15 minutes to park and walk to the venue to ensure you arrive comfortably before the doors close.

Cocktail Hour 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM The Apollo | 117 S. Champion St. Following our ceremony, please join us downtown at The Apollo to kick off the celebration. Located just a short drive from The Butler, we’ll have drinks and hors d'oeuvres waiting for you starting at 4:30 PM. We can’t wait to toast with you!

Immediately following cocktail hour, we invite you to join us for a formal plated dinner at The Apollo. To celebrate our first evening as a married couple, the night will continue with dessert, drinks, and plenty of dancing. We look forward to sharing this elegant evening with you!
